LIVE music, activities for kids, dance performances and more, mean there will be whole night of entertainment as the Rural City of Wangaratta prepares for New Year's Eve celebrations to go off with a bang.
Get ready to party at the Wangaratta Showgrounds on Saturday, December 31, with gates to open at 5pm and a big line–up of entertainment starting at 6pm.
Deputy mayor councillor Harry Bussell said it's going to be a wonderful night of fun–filled entertainment for the whole family.
"There will be local food and drink vendors, activities for children, entertainment and performances by local dance group Pulsate Dance Force," he said.
"Local bands Sweet Buzz and This Way North will be providing the headline entertainment on the night.
"This is a great opportunity to see off 2022 and welcome 2023 in style with your family and friends."
"Bring a picnic rug, your family, invite your neighbours and come down to the Showgrounds to celebrate New Years' Eve 2022."
Entry is free, and food and drinks will be available to purchase with fireworks displays set to take place at both 9pm and midnight.
